Detailed Description

Build an object structure that will contains thumb forms.

Parameters:

	app	application descriptor
	dfrm	form descriptor
	but	after call contain indexes of buttons created,
	frm	after call contain indexes of thumb form created,

Returns:

index of invisible box containing the whole structure

Created buttons are linked to their relative thumb forms. Currently, thumb forms are empty should be fillin using standard DFRM functions.
